This club meets at BRBC from 6.00 – 7.15pm every Thursday evening, during term time only, and caters for those in school years 3 – 7.

What goes on?

There is a choice of activities for the children including:

  • Art & crafts
  • Life skills - e.g. cooking, basic first aid, home safety
  • Games - including pool, Wii, air hockey, table tennis, Jenga & parachute
  • Sports - including football, dodgeball, basketball, hockey & non-stop cricket
  • Tuck shop - a selection of healthy snacks & drinks

Midway through each of the sessions there is a quiet time when a topic is introduced by one of the leaders. For example we have explored famous Christians who impacted the world in some way; to make it more relevant to the children and young people, the stories began when the subjects were young. There is usually an opportunity for prayer during this time.

Admission is by membership and there is a £1.00 weekly donation.  Parents or carers will be asked to complete a registration/consent form which gives us important contact information on their first visit.
