As Christian believers, the members of BRBC have always taken seriously Jesus’ command at the end of Matthew’s gospel to make disciples of all nations. To this end a number of our members have entered the Christian ministry at home or served overseas. BRBC supports a number of mission agencies as well as being involved practically with projects and groups around the world.

Our support is delivered through a range of methods:

  • selected mission agencies
  • direct projects supported by the church
  • church action teams
  • individuals (short and long term mission work)
  • our own radio team 'Soundwaves'.

BRBC is a Connected Church partner with the Cambodian Hope Organization (CHO) in Poipet, Cambodia. In 2011 the church sent a team of six of its members to build relationships, work alongside CHO in community projects and education.  A second team of eight members returned to Cambodia in 2014 working in areas of Primary education, church outreach, delivering training for new pastors and church leaders, oral hygiene, digital photography, video, business, IT and catering skills. 

In addition we have strong links with:

  • Lttn Ministries partners with the Deepgruh Foundation working with the Korku people in central India.
  • The Eagle Project which is a non-governmental organisation working in youth prisons in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Domboshawa Theological College, Harare, Zimbabwe.
  • Wycliffe Bible Translators
